RETURN OF GOODS AND MONEY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
We encourage you to check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable products (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, make a new, separate purchase.
European Union
30 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without having to provide a justification.
As noted above, the product must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once the returned item has been received and inspected and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and display your refund.
